This year my wife went crazy and got me a new camera. Actually its kinda a gift for both of us, as we’ll both be using it - but anyways, its a totally cool gift! Gotta love that! :-D

One-Click patent is still old and obvious
Guess “USPTO”:http://uspto.gov/ has _some_ common sense as they have just “reaffirmed that the 1-Click Claim is ‘Old And Obvious’":http://yro.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=07/12/25/1933206. They should just abandon software patents altogether, as they are “bad”:http://www.nosoftwarepatents.com/en/m/intro/index.html - which is old news, and equally obvious.

table on an Oracle 8i database, and I wanted to select only those tuples that contain numbers. Had I used PostgreSQL I could just have used a regex, which is nice and Perl like. But this is Oracle…
